Subject: News from Simplero: Tagging is out

Dear Lovely Simplerista,

I love to combine inner and outer work on any project I'm working on. As you know, the big thing for me, personally and businesswise, is building a team for Simplero. And an important aspect of that is, the process of hiring needs to feel easy and fun and joyful. And I really don't want to do all the work myself. So what to do?

First, I've found a bunch of mentors and asked them for their insight. I've read a handful of books. I've spent time visualizing, organizing my thoughts, getting really clear on what I want. I've had several healings done by different healers on the subject. I've felt into and breathed into my own blocks and released anything that felt like it needed to go.

But getting the right help was a little difficult at first. I knew I wanted to hire someone to help, but I wasn't sure who or exactly what they'd do for me. I talked to a couple of different people, and though I was certain they'd be valuable, it just didn't feel quite right. So I held out. That's when Phoebe pointed out that Amy Wright had commented on a Facebook post I'd made about building my team, offering to help. I hadn't noticed that comment at all. So I reached out to Amy, had a Skype conversation, and it just felt exactly right. She's doing all the work, the conversations are easy and straight-forward and productive, she gets exactly what I'm after, the price is right, and ... did I mention she does all the work???? Of course I need to be part of the final evaluation, and I'm specifying everything, but this is ideal for me. The less I have to do with it, the better. Didn't even realize I could be so supported in this process.

It reminds me of another tool for self-inquiry I learned about recently, called Human Design. It's a system that combines astrology with the I Ching, and it's a truckload to wrap your head around, but it's super fascinating. I'm a Generator (along with 70% of the general population). Here's one thing Human Design has to say about generators:

For Generators, life is all about RESPONSE. Instead of chasing after life, let the life come to you. Your aura, like a powerful magnet, brings to you everything you need to fulfill your purpose

What that means is, for example, to not rush out and find that help, but let the help come to me. Have patience. Wait for the right solution to arrive for you. That's good to know.

Then I discovered another system, based on Human Design. It's called Gene Keys. That also has some pretty interesting things to say, and again, there's so much material to dive into.

On a side note: The I Ching is all around me these days - Wealth Dynamics which you've heard me be all excited about is also based on the I Ching.

New Features in Simplero

As promised last week, tagging is out new. Here's a video explaining how it works

I've also just released the ability to add a custom text to the login page when people are trying to access a space but are not logged in.

To add such a message, go to Settings for your space, find the field "Message on login screen when trying to access this space", and add your message there. This can include links to sales pages or checkout forms for your products, a note for paying customers about how they can get help if they have trouble logging in, etc.

Not much else is new. I spent the weekend doing rocket surgery on the database and server infrastructure running Simplero in preparation for the tagging feature and other things to come. It did involve some unintended downtime, which started while I was in the gym. Thankfully I had my phone with me specifically so I could keep an eye on things, and was alerted immediately. And the gym is just on the ground floor of my building, so it didn't take long to get back up and get working on fixing things.

I'd love your input on prioritizing what's next on the Simplero Facebook Page.
