Hi Lovely Simplerista,

I just had the pleasure of interviewing Carolina Björk. She's built an incredible business, first teaching parents to wear their child in a sling, and now she's helping people create online businesses.

She's been using Simplero for a couple of years, and recently decided to switch to InfusionSoft. Not because she was unhappy with Simplero, but because other people in her Mastermind groups kept talking about InfusionSoft and all the fancy features they offer.

It bummed me big time, because up until that point, I'd never lost a customer to a competitor. She broke my stat!

Thankfully, though, she quickly realized that Simplero was the better choice, and she decided to stay with us. Which made me double happy!

As soon as I heard, I reached out to her and asked if she was willing to sit down and talk about it. Thankfully, she was.
