Subject: zenbilling needs a new name, and I'm asking for your help

Dear Lovely Simplerista,

As you may have heard by now, zendesk doesn't think the world is big enough for two unrelated products to both use 'zen' in their name, so I'm going to be changing the name for zenbilling. Which is just as well ... while zenbilling started with just the "billing" part, it's since grown to include both email, digital downloads, and membership sites, making it a completely all-in-one info-marketing suite.

So ... a new name it is.

But don't worry. I'll make the transition very very smooth. I'll make sure all the old URLs continue to work, and I'll make it so that there's very little to no effort needed on your part. I'm very committed to this.

This time, I want to find a really, really good name (and I want to make extra double sure there are no trademark issues, and I'll move to secure the trademark right away...).

So I need your help.

I've put together a series of questions. It would help me tremendously if you'd do me the favor of going through and answering them. That would give me so much valuable input into the naming process, so we get a really outstanding name.

Don't think too much. Just shoot from the hit, give me your immediate answers. That will be a big big help.
